Booking Info

• Our minimum for events starts at $1000.

• We require a non-refundable and non-transferable down payment of 10% at the time of booking to secure the date. The deposit goes towards the balance.

• We will have our full menu available unless specified. Kiylee Kakes will serve for 2 hours, unless additional time is agreed upon.

• Kiylee Kakes requires a flat surface to park our trailer on to ensure our grease is leveled. Please make sure there is a flat surface before booking to insure we are able to start promptly.

• If the guest is paying and we reach the minimum, we will continue to do business as usual. If we don’t reach the minimum the host is responsible for the remainder balance that has to be paid at the end of the event.

• If the host is paying, we will keep the tab open and let you know the total at the end of the event. If the minimum is not met, the minimum will be due at the end of the event.

Catering/ Corporate Events

• For catering/corporate events we have a minimum starting at $1000. 

• There is a 10% non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit that is due to secure the date. The deposit goes towards the balance.

• Kiylee Kakes requires a flat surface to park our trailer on to ensure our grease is leveled. Please make sure there is a flat surface before booking to insure we are able to start promptly.

• We can have our full menu available, or you can pick up to 4 funnel cakes for us to serve.

• You can either choose which option you want, or you can let the guest choose which option they want. We will keep a running tab and at the end of the event all monies will be due. 

• If the minimum is not met the remainder will be due at the end of the event. If the final balance is over the minimum that balance is due at the end of the event.

**For larger events an exact amount will be given and at the end of the event that amount agreed upon will be due, minus the 10% deposit. **
